SHORTAGES AND RETURNS

We reserve the right to apply a handling charge of up to £10 or 10% whichever is greater on returned goods. We cannot refund any item that has been cut from a roll, sheet, tube length etc. Shortages and errors must be reported within 14 days of invoice date. If you wish to return goods please call first for a Returns Number. Returned goods must be received by us within 14 days of invoiced date in as-new condition, including original undamaged packaging, a copy of the original itemised sales receipt/invoice and a descriptive reason for the return.
