Delivery Charges

All orders for UK and EU delivery are subject to VAT @20%. this will be added in the shopping cart. Orders shipped outside EU are VAT free but there may be taxes to pay upon import into your country. Customers who wish to order VAT free in the EU must place their order via telephone and Fax a letter head, with VAT registration details on, to us.

UK CUSTOMERS SHIPPING

For all online UK orders under £100 (ex VAT) we automatically add courier delivery.

Whilst this is excellent value for most orders, UK customers with small, lightweight orders may wish to place them by telephone for cheaper, Royal Mail postage. (01580) 891309

FREE Delivery on UK mainland online orders over £100 (excluding VAT)

Our Courier delivery service is provided by Interlink Express. Once you have received an email confirmation to say your order has been despatched, you will receive your order the next day. Orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday – except Bank Holidays.

You can track your parcel online via the Interlink Website at www.interlinkexpress.com A signature will be required on receipt of the goods. Alternatively, if you are unable to sign for the goods, the driver will leave a calling card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery time.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS SHIPPING

You are invited to place and pay for your order without shipping costs. We will contact you when the order has been packed and weighed, informing you of the shipping cost. We will then take the additional shipping payment from your account

We will always use signed-for Air Mail if under 2kg. (please check www.royalmail.com for rates) or International courier (if over 2kg). We will endeavour to make shipping as secure and economical as possible.

NOTE: We cannot ship Aerosols/Pressurised containers outside the EU.  EU Shipments will be via courier and can involve high costs. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

These prices are for guidance only. Upto 2kg we will use Airmail (first table) and over that we will use our courier service (second table). We will let you know your shipping cost before we send your order.
