Description

This neat little Stainless Steel Slide latch consists of a sliding plate assembly, a 'cotton-reel' bush and two spacer washers.

The sliding latch assembly is attached to the hinged or removable panel and the bush is mounted to the fixed panel below.

When the lid or panel is closed, sliding section is slid along, locating around the bush to resist opening under vibration and shock loads.

Washers can be installed under the bush to accomodate different panel thicknesses.
