For steering columns & gear linkages. One end has the popular 14mm (9/16") x 36 female spline and the other end will accept a 19mm (3/4") hex shaft. Overall length 115mm. A steel shaft can be welded to either end if most of the joint is immersed in a bucket of water to sink away the heat.
