INTERNATIONAL and UK OFFSHORE ORDERS Due to our large and diverse range of products we regret that we are currently unable to process International and UK Offshore orders on this website. However there are still several ordering options. 1. Print our order form from our either this website or regular website homepage www.carbuildersolutions.co.uk Fill it in and fax it to us on (Country code) (44) 1589 893733. Write CLEARLY and we will reply with shipping options and costs. 2. Give us a call on (Country Code) (44) 1580 891309 between the hours of 8.00 AM and 5.30 PM (UK time please) and place your order over the phone. 3. Email us at sales@carbuildersolutions.co.uk with your requirements. We can give you an idea of shipping costs and options. You can then call or fax your payment details.
Order weights of 2kg and under can be sent by Regular ‘Signed-For’ Air Mail. This is often the most cost-effective option. Shipments of over 2kg will be sent by International Couriers, including Fedex, and will be quoted individually according to weight and volume. International deliveries can take two weeks or more. Fedex is always the fastest option.
SHORTAGES & RETURNS We reserve the right to apply a handling charge of up to £10 or 10% whichever is greater on returned goods. We cannot refund any item that has been cut from a roll, length or sheet; e.g. Hose, Trim etc. Shortages, errors and returns must be reported within 14 days of Invoice date. Returned goods must be received by us within 14 days of Invoice date in as-new condition including original undamaged packaging and a copy of the original sales receipt / invoice.
